The OC Lab Gym & Fitness Center features a 60 minute High Intensity Interval Cardio Kickbox & Muay Thai Boxing work out in our Fight Lab.

Our Fight Lab is influenced by the training regimen of top MMA fighters and boxers. Most notably, we have two experienced MMA fighter on staff who are certified fitness trainers. Our Fight Lab trainers will show you proper form, technique, and pacing in our fast paced, music filled Fight Lab.

The Fight Lab at OC Lab Gym & Fitness combines HIIT-inspired interval training, boxing mechanics and MMA kickboxing with real-time heart rate, and calorie burn tracking devices upon request for a sweat-inducing workout that will leave you burning calories. A lot of our clients prefer to use their own heart rate and calorie burn trackers such as Apple Watch, or Fitbit, and others.
